But we can confidently say our baked goods aren’t just good for gluten-free, they’re just good – period. Our recipes use non-GMO ingredients that make celiacs, vegans, folks with a few allergies or wheat sensitivities, or just anyone who loves baked goods, very happy.
Made with sandwich-making in mind, this loaf is also made with a blend of whole and ancient grains that give it a deliciously hearty bite.
Ingredients: Water, Gluten-free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, corn starch, potato starch), Whole grain blend (whole brown rice flour, whole teff flour, whole millet, whole red quinoa), Sugars (raisin juice, dextrose, cane sugar), Sunflower oil, Psyllium husk, Yeast, Modified cellulose, Pea hull fibre, Salt, Rice bran, Vinegar, Cellulose gum, Cultured cane sugar, Enzymes.
