Shipping, Delivery and Pick-Up Options

Pick up in Store

Pick up in Store - order can be fully completed and fulfilled online, but all shipping and/or delivery charges are waived. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up in store. Please be sure you check our business hours before planning your pick-up.  Orders placed less than one hour before we close will not be fulfilled until the following day.

Delivery within Calgary & Airdrie City Limits

Delivery within Calgary and Airdrie city limits - Local delivery, within Calgary city limits, is available 7 days a week.  There is no minimum order for delivery, but on orders under $125, delivery charges between $10-$20 based on distance, will be applied.  Cut-off for delivery "same day" is 9:00 am each day.  Orders placed after 9:00 am will be delivered on the following day.  Delivery window is between 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm each day.  If you would like to request a specific date or time (window) for delivery, please add details within the comments accompanying your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery within Calgary and Airdrie city limits - orders over $125 will be delivered for FREE for distances up to 35 km.  For distances over 35 km and up to 55 km, but within Calgary city limits, order minimum for free delivery is $150.

Delivery outside of Calgary & Airdrie City Limits (Surrounding Area)

Delivery outside Calgary and Airdrie city limits requires Pre-Approval.  Please send us a message (via Facebook, through our Shopify store, or by email) to confirm that we will be able to schedule an out of town delivery within one or two days.  If we are able to accommodate delivery of your order, you can proceed to place your order, and select the "Outside City Limits (requires pre-Approval)" delivery option.

Surrounding Area that we can deliver to include Cochrane, Strathmore, Carstairs, Chestermere, Delacour.  If your delivery address is outside one of those areas, please contact us via IM or thru Facebook, and we will do our best to accommodate deliveries where possible.  Areas that are outside of our standard approved delivery radius may be accommodated for additional delivery charges.

Delivery outside Calgary and Airdrie city limits (to Approved surrounding areas) - with a minimum order of $125, delivery charge of $20.00 will be applied.

Delivery outside Calgary & Airdrie city limits (to Approved surrounding areas) - orders over $150, delivery charge of $10 will be applied.

Shipping (outside of Calgary & Surrounding Areas)

Shipping (outside of Calgary and surrounding area) 

  1. All items are shipped via either Purolator, FedEx, UPS, ICS or Canpar, selected based on best available pricing and delivery timelines. 
  2. Shipments to P.O. Boxes can only be shipped via Canada Post.  Canada Post shipments are not automatically covered under our "flat rate shipping" of $25.  If a PO Box is the only available shipping address, a surcharge may apply.  If your package does require an additional shipping surcharge, we will contact you prior to shipping.
  3. We take extreme care in packing the products that you order, and making sure that it is protected, so that it should not be damaged on its way to you.
  4. At this time, we only offer shipping to addresses within Canada, with the exception of the province of Saskatchewan and the territories (NWT, Nunavit & Yukon). We are currently finalizing the setup for shipping to Saskatchewan and will update our shipping policy as soon as this is available. Please check back soon.
  5. We currently offer "Flat Rate Shipping" for addresses within the province of Alberta, for only $20. For all other provinces (excluding Saskatchewan) please select "Provide Custom Shipping Quote" at checkout and we will contact your separately with a quote/invoice for shipping your order. 
  6. "Flat Rate Shipping" of $20 (within Alberta) or $25 (rest of Canada) applies to packages under 10 lbs of total weight.  Shipments over 10 lbs of total weight MAY incur an additional shipping surcharge, dependent on package size.  If your package does require an additional shipping surcharge (due to over weight limit and/or large package size) we will contact you prior to shipping.


Error message:

"Your cart has been updated and the items you added can't be shipped to your address.  Remove the items to complete your order."

If during the checkout process, you receive the error message noted above, it is due to one of the three following reasons:

  1. Your shipping address is outside of our shipping zone.
  2. You have items in your cart that are not able to be shipped by the available methods (ie. frozen products)
  3. Your order has not met the minimum order requirements, for the available shipping or delivery methods.
