Pantry Points


Our new Pantry Points loyalty program starts June 1, 2021

During the month of June, we will be keeping it very simple, and ensuring that all of our existing customers, and any balances that they have already earned, are transferred over.  We will continue to expand our loyalty program in the coming months - with more ways to earn points and even a VIP program in the future.

  • You will need to create an account on Shopify (either online, or in-store through Shopify POS). 
  • Account requires full name and an email address, for you to check your points activity and balance. 

While we do NOT send regular emails (usually only one or two a month) when providing your email address for the Pantry Points program, you will also have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing emails.  Your email address is provided solely for the purpose of you checking your points-earning activity and Pantry Points balance.

If you already have an account to access our store (meaning that you actually “Log In” and don’t check out as a Guest, then you are automatically enrolled into our Loyalty Program and will start earning points with your next purchase.

If you have never placed an order online, but have been enrolled in our Loyalty Program in-store, then do not worry - any points you have earned in store are retained.  You may not see them on your account immediately, but we have record of earned loyalty balances, and will adjust once you have a new Pantry Points account.  You can always connect with us at TheCleanPantry@shaw.ca to inquire about whether or not your loyalty dollars have been transferred over yet.

How to earn:

  • Once an account is activated, points are earned through both online purchases or in-store purchases
  • Points are earned at a rate of 1 point for every $ spent

How to redeem:

  • Once an account is activated, points can be redeemed either in-store or online.

How do I check my Pantry Points balance?

  • In order to be able to check your points balance online, you need to activate your account online. 
  • In order to activate your account, simply log in using the email you provided in-store, and add a password.  
  • Once your online account is linked, you can now check your points balance, and any points you've earned in-store and online will be linked together.  You will have access to redeem any of those points both in-store and online.

What if I don't want to create an account online? (add a password)

That's okay!  You will still be able to earn and redeem Pantry Points in store. What you will NOT be able to do is:

  • Earn Pantry Points with an online order
  • Redeem Pantry Points on any online orders
  • Check your Pantry Points balance online

What if I don't want to give you my email address?

That's okay!  You will still be able to earn and redeem Pantry Points in store. What you will NOT be able to do is:

  • Earn Pantry Points with an online order
  • Redeem Pantry Points on any online orders
  • Check your Pantry Points balance online
  • Receive update notifications after a purchase, of how many points you've earned
