Plain Chips

This recipe is the foundation of our tortillas and contain no additional spices. Therefore, they have a stronger coconut flavor. We do not add additional preservatives, so this product will start to spoil after 6 days in the fridge.  We would suggest freezing the tortillas for long term use. Keep Frozen until use. The tortillas thaw very quickly.  

Savoury Chips

Currently our most popular recipe, these contain a blend of onion, garlic and herbs. This flavoring combination masks most of the coconut flavor in the basic recipe. We do not add additional preservatives, so this product will start to spoil after 6 days in the fridge.  Keep Frozen until use.  The tortillas thaw very quickly on the counter.

Spicy Chips

We believe that we have reached the right flavor profile for our spicy tortilla. We have tried to design it so that it will enhance what you are eating yet and still give you a good kick of heat.  We have tried them with several cuts of meat and cheeses and we believe that it is ready. Keep Frozen until use.

  Who is Poco Loco?

The words "Poco Loco" in Spanish translates to "little crazy".  Well that is us! My wife and I embarked on our Low Carb (Keto) journey starting in May of 2018. Since then, like many, we have learned a great deal about what it means to live a Low Carb-High Fat-No Sugar lifestyle and how we can apply it to our everyday life. As a cancer survivor it is important to me to remove high volumes of sugar from my day to day diet and thankfully this lifestyle makes it possible.
